Make a Booking
To make a booking, please call our reception staff on (08) 8276 5055. Please note that all appointment bookings must be made by telephone - we are unable to answer email requests for appointments.

Standard (15min), long (30min) and prolonged (45min) appointments are available to accommodate patients' various needs.
As a guide, long appointments are required for patients needing: Drivers Licence Certificate of Fitness, GP Mental Health Care Plans, Care Plans, cervical smears, medical forms (Centrelink or insurance), childhood immunisations, travel vaccinations and advice, Heavy Vehicle Licence Certificate of Fitness, or if there are complex or multiple issues.
If a patient does not speak the primary language of their doctor or has a communication impairment, our practice can arrange for interpreter and other communication services, including the Translating and Interpreter Service. Please note, adequate notice is required for on-site interpreter attendance.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we ask that you contact the clinic so that the appointment slot can be offered to another patient.
Please Note: Some appointments incur a fee for non-attendance. (You will be informed if this condition applies at the time of making your booking.)
